I worked with Wyatt to find the right CPO over the course of 4-5 weeks, and he was always kind, knowledgeable, and responsive to my outreach. Cars are always kept in excellent condition while on their lot, and reconditioning before I took the car home was top-notch. As the only Volvo dealer within 100 miles, and still only one of a few within 200 miles, it’s nice to see Almartin holding themselves to a higher standard.

I'd be surprised if the tech did a proper test drive of the vehicle. Additionally, the Volvo on call service required message on the dash was ignored. No explanation or plan to resolve was given regarding this message. If this very first simple glaring issue was ignored, what else was? I am not satisfied with the end result of my service. I brought the car so I would have a professional look it over and I would not need to research issues on my own. It appears that at this location, I will need to research problems and dictate what services I would like done. Given a choice, I would not return.
