    Bait-and-switch. Got an appointment online for specific tires. Showed up, and they were upset to know that I’d made the appointment that morning. Still, they made it work since I was willing to leave it. They didn’t the tires I’d selected, however, and everything they did have was $100+ more per tire. Seems like they have good people at the local level, but the left hand doesn’t know what the right is doing.

    Made an appointment for snow tire change, loaded up the car with the tires, drive 30 minutes only to be told my appointment was changed to a week later. Do not trust any appointments you make at this shop, they will turn you away.

    Disappointed. Called earlier and was never told that i need an appointment. I came in asking for 1 tire for my dually. Was turned away because i didn’t have an appointment lol. Make this make sense. Tried to reason with them and told them that it is completely flat and somewhat raptured. Didn’t give 2 damns. -10/5
