When I called the branch, I was told by a new employee that I had a $0 balance. The second I saw I had a $2 toll bill, I paid it and they told me I was still banned for at least a year. Completely unfair and they didn’t care at all that it was the trainee who said I had no balance on my account. So now I’m banned because their employee didn’t know how to do their job. This place is a joke. Don’t believe their response to this review either unless they acknowledge what they did.
