- ACApril CarrDec 15, 20251.0I was originally scheduled for early morning on Thursday last week. They pushed my appointment to later in the day to make sure my tires came in. I got there, and my tires "didn't get put on the truck" that morning, so they rescheduled me to noon on Saturday. Mind you, no phone call to tell me my tires didn't come in, and I took off work and drove 30 minutes each way to get there. Okay, fine, these things happen, but a phone call to reschedule would have been nice. I showed up Saturday at 11:45 for my 12PM appointment, confirmed my tires were there, and then proceeded to sit for nearly 4 hours. No communication, no "Sorry, we're backed up," no "Do you want to reschedule or try to find someone to pick you up and come back later," nothing. I had an appointment. Other people around me also waited for hours. I don't know if they took a bunch of walk ins and got backed up before I got there, but walk ins and people who dropped their cars off to be picked up later should not take priority over people who made appointments, over people who you know are there waiting, and especially when they already got their day screwed up at their previous appointment. Didn't offer me a discount, just said , "sorry that took forever." People have told me not to go to tire warehouse, but I took the chance. NEVER AGAIN. You got $850 of my money. Congratulations. I will be leaving public reviews, and I will be telling everyone I know how unbelievably horrible and unprofessional your customer service is.

There was no food on site or near by so I got stupidly hungry. No one told me that there was a delay, and they seemed annoyed when I asked for any information. Had no way to get home without new tires so I was sick to my stomach with worry it would not get down when I heard them calling people to cancel their appointments. Again would have felt better if I got any info at all.
