Tried to resolve it the owner used an excuse of “if we covered it you would have never known like your girlfriend cheating what we don’t know don’t hurt us” very unprofessional and will never ever recommend someone to go to a place like this.

They never hesitate to answer any of my questions or to explain exactly what is going on with my car. I've worked with Steve, Dean, and Bob and all were great. Hanging out with the owners' dog Jasmine while I wait for my car is a great bonus. They've fixed at least 6 things on my old car since I moved to VT and everything is working great. I've also gotten a new windshield from the glass business that runs out of the same building.
