  Had my winter tires changed over to my summer tires and within a hour they were done and my winter tires were bagged up and put in my vehicle perfectly. We have two vehicles and have counted on Gills Point for regular service, inspection, repairs and tires for several years. We have found them to be friendly, prompt, and very transparent about repairs and care of our vehicles. Miller is a added plus when he is in and supervising the waiting area.

  Squeezed me in the same day for seasonal tire change and not only that, Gills told me I didn't need the expensive alignment I always request in the spring figuring VT potholes require it! WOW - I'm just not accustomed to any service taking care of a customer so well! Gills honesty and integrity is outstanding!

  Gil’s is always solid. Called hoping to get a flat fixed and also needed to do a winter changeover and they were able to squeeze me in on a moments notice the same day and did both. They took care of all the little details (stripped lug nut) and explained everything along the way. Got me out in under an hour

  I dropped off my car after an unexpected breakdown and the staff was very accommodating in fitting me in on short notice. During the repair itself, there was a bit of a communication breakdown, however as soon as the regional manager Jason learned about it, he went above and beyond to make it right, Excellent communication, rectifying the issue in a timely manner, and treating me with respect and understanding the whole way. Very few businesses today operate at such a high standard, Gil’s is committed to making sure the customer is taken care of and I would highly recommend their services.

  I hand-washed my car in March and there were no scratches on my 2025 vehicle. After getting a car wash this past weekend, I immediately noticed markings that don’t look like the typical kind you’d get from another car door hitting yours. I did call the shop to ask if they had cameras, but they said they do not. Because of that, I can’t be certain where the scratches came from, but the timing is concerning. I would love to give a 5-star review, but based on this experience, I can’t. Moving forward, I’ll be sure to take photos of my car before bringing it anywhere.
