The worst experience I’ve had with a mechanic. I had a problem with my transmission lines. They replaced them, but didn’t do it properly and within two weeks I had the same problem. I went back, had it fixed again. Two weeks later, the same problem. I took it elsewhere and they fixed it. Sunaco simply didn’t attach it properly and missed the o ring. Mechanical 101 you would think. (not to mention they left a rag and a lid of some description under the hood. I don’t like the idea of a combustible oily rag next to a hot engine).
All while this happened, my transmission is ruined because all of the fluid leaked out. This will cost me thousands.
The kicker, when I complained, Ryan wouldn’t return my money and simply said “not my fault”. I asked for the boss and I called Paul and he ghosted me.
Don’t go here. They are incompetent mechanics and dishonest. I made a $600 donation essentially :( and on top of that I will have to spend thousands to cover the fact they couldn’t handle an o ring

They gave me a quote over the phone for a few items needed to pass inspection. The price for brakes and rotors seems high, and it turned out to be hundreds more than the Subaru dealerships in the area. I told them I'd pass on getting that work done and then they tried to charge for $52.50 for a lightbulb!!!
I didn't authorize that and know how to change a bulb myself. For context on their pricing, they were charging $20 just to put it in!
I had them take it out, then they charged me $45 for a pre-inspection. Apparently they waived the inspection fee if I was paying for the bulb (which would've come out to 7.50, so a great deal), but instead I left without a bulb and paid $45 for a waste of time. I honestly don't even know if the bulb was burned out! My car usually tells me stuff like that so I'm guessing not!
Unclear communication.
