  Unprofessional communication. Took hours to respond initially, then days between messages. Scheduling kept changing, and after multiple confirmations, I was told the tires were suddenly sold out. If inventory or availability isn’t firm, that should be communicated earlier. We all have work and have busy lives, but communication would be appreciated. However, great person and team, had one set of tires for great pricing, although need new ones after a year and 10k miles. Recent interaction not the greatest.

  They do an excellent job undercoating your vehicle! Why only 1 star instead of 5? Because I work M-F until 5 O'clock like most people and Grace Huron is closed all weekend.....not even open of a Saturday and I can't afford to take time off from work to have this done.....must be nice to have a business where you can sneer at a loyal customers business and put your personal life ahead of customers

  Small little pa and son side-business recommended by a friend. These guys rock if you need tires in a pinch! Incredibly affordable and will work with your schedule as long as they aren’t too busy! All 4 tires was around $150.. Tread was high and so far they’ve lasted the spring and summer which is more then enough! I was really just hoping to get one season out of them…. Last night, while delivering pizza I hit a pothole on shelburne road and inevitably sprung a leak. I take off to maine next week.. I called up Grace and these guys were totally able to work with me and get my tire fixed TODAY. They fit me in and I can’t be more thankful. 5 Stars keep up the great work fellas. Killin’ the game
