Very easy then ON THE WAY TO THE APPT was notified that my appt was cancelled and they were booking out 3 weeks. At no point were we notified that they were overbooked and appt was in fact cancelled. This is a corporate business that has a call center that just overbooked and lets the small number of local employees manage the rescheduling and upset customers. NEVER HAD A WORSE EXPERIENCE AND NEVER LEFT A BAD REVIEW BEFORE BUT THIS WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Although there was a scheduling mix‑up: my appointment was booked during a period when the shop was already scheduled out for weeks and short‑staffed, Shane handled the miscommunication with understanding and made sure my appointment was honored. When I came to pick up my tires, I also had a great conversation with the manager, Garrett, about the situation. This location truly stands out, terrific staff!

Everyone on here complaining about availability, it’s your own fault. You are all ignorant. You know it snows in Vermont. You know when it snows in Vermont. You chose to wait until the last minute and try to play victim. The online schedule tool doesn’t work correctly and neither does the call center. That is a corporate problem that they refuse to fix. Not the shops fault. Sorry for my rant but this place is the best. Shane and Garrett are the best you will find!!

Come to find out they had them the whole time and waited two freaking weeks to get my Mustang GT on the road because of there Terrible service reps... Absolutely do not recommend there service!!!!!!
