Did this plenty early to beat the rush here in Vermont. Showed up at 7:20 am for my 7:30 appointment and the place was locked and dark . 1 person showed up at 7:45 and when I told him I had an appointment at 7:30 he said the only tire tech scheduled for the day was not coming in till 11! He said that since I made my reservation on the phone it was through their call center and they weren’t staffed to honor call center reservations. I spent an hour trying to get through to corporate online and on phone but ended up just emailing a complaint and still haven’t heard back. Left and made an appointment at town faire tire but by this point they were booking a month out . Tire warehouse is complete bullshit , I’ve never experienced such crap service and there’s no reason for anyone to ever go there.
