- JGJohn GoldenSep 27, 20244.0Penske has always been the best truck rental company. However, the last couple of times we have picked up a truck- the trucks weren’t cleaned beforehand. Please make sure to clean the inside of the trucks before passing to the next customer. Also check the windshield wipers etc before turning over to next customer.

Quote for a 26ft truck with ramp $700 Quote for 26ft truck with a lift gate $2600 Really.....$1900 more. Truck works the same either way. Have to have a lift gate because husband is a disabled vet. Retired after 33 years. Way to treat our vets. Then they offer me a discounted rate to hire helpers to load and unload . Total for 4 hours $800 .... Nice discount. Thanks for nothing. Will never use you again. SO SAD! SHAMEFUL!
