He gave me a full refund and sent me on my way with upgraded oil, and filter for free. I tried to at least pay for the filter because that was not on the online order and was planning to purchase in store when I got there. but he refused to take any payment. I was completely blown away, this manager went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied!
