Tom, from Handy's was contacted by AAA and couldn't have been more pleasant or communicative via text. In addition, he took pictures of our car - after he's safely towed it to our mechanic - and texted those to us, providing great peace of mind. Thanks again, Tom --- five stars well deserved!!!
