Tom was able to get my Hyundai Ionic 5 on the tow truck, despite the vehicle not having a tow bar or any kind of hooks to hook it up. He had to use the holes in the wheels! Tom did an excellent job! And texted me when the car was delivered to the destination = the Hyundai dealer.

The vehicle should’ve never been towed in the first place now we have to take an Uber to you and probably have to argue about a charge when whoever called the toe in the first place if you’re demanding payment should have to pay or you should just waive the fee for misunderstanding on the person who called it in There should be no misunderstanding from your driver, though who took the vehicle from a legal parking spot at City Hall that has no paid parking while set driver was in City Hall/library. Shame on these people.
