  Jason and his staff are incredible! Went in with a tire leak and they patched it up quick and on New Years Eve! I wish I could give 10 Stars! Highly recommend Tire Warehouse.

  Hit a pothole last night and blew a tire. Call next morning they sent someone to get a set of tires from 45 minutes away so I could get back on the road before the holiday. Very friendly service and went out of there way to help me out. Highly recommend.

  I had a great experience at Tire Warehouse! They were able to schedule me quickly, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They really took the time to help me pick the correct tires for my specific needs and driving style. The installation was fast, and their pricing was very reasonable. I’ll definitely be using their services again for my future tire needs!

  DO NOT GO HERE!! We made an appointment to change over to winter tires. We spoke with the manager who personally confirmed the appointment (not the call center). We rearranged our schedules, I took time off of work, and we got someone to pick up our toddler from preschool. However, when we got there, they couldn't find the appointment. I showed the confirmation and they blamed it on the call center. They told me that they could make me a new appointment in 45 min to an hour, and asked if I wanted to wait. They were not apologetic at all, but at this point, I didn't know what to do, so I agreed. Things happen, I figured. I asked if I could leave to go shopping so that I didn't completely waste the time, and they said yes and took down my number. I came back an hour later to check in. When I got to the desk, they told me that I'd need to wait another 1.5 to 2 hours before they could get me in. They were very rude and said they were backed up and there was nothing they could do. I suggested that they could have called because who has a spare 3+ hours to wait around? I mean, isn't that why we make appointments in the first place?? They just shrugged. I don't need to be treated like royalty at a tire appointment, but some decency and respect would be nice. Now I'm out several hours of work, and still have no winter tires. Unacceptable.
