  Have had two great experiences with this store and crew. Zack, the assistant manager, is the epitome of what a company wants in management. Laser focused on customer service and has a genuineness about him that makes you feel you can trust him, from the word go. Good selection in stock and quick service.

  Came in just before the shop was closing to replace a flat tire, and the guys were great! Patched a tire that just had a minor leak and had me on my way within 15 minutes.

  Avoid this location at all costs. After a flat tire emergency on I-89, our Tesla Model 3 was towed here overnight. The next morning, my fiancée was quoted $1,500+, far above local market rates, and the entire amount was charged immediately to my credit card without my authorization, despite being described as a “deposit.” Within minutes, I found multiple significantly cheaper options nearby. Tire Warehouse claims to price-match, so I called to discuss alternatives. The store manager was immediately hostile, agitated, and appallingly unprofessional on the phone. I have never experienced anything quite like it before. At this point, no work had been done, no tires were in stock, nothing had been ordered, and the car had been sitting in their lot for less than five minutes. Because of the manager’s behavior and the inflated pricing, I told him we would be taking the car elsewhere. He explicitly promised a full refund, acknowledging that no services had been rendered. I later went to the location in person, had the car towed to another shop, and again received assurances that the charge would be refunded. That refund never happened. Over the following weeks and months, the store repeatedly screened my calls, refused to let me speak to the manager, or simply did not answer. Corporate Tire Warehouse representatives confirmed that the refund was approved—but stated that the store manager was responsible for releasing the funds and had not done so. In other words, my money is being intentionally withheld. To make matters worse, I later learned that their quote didn’t even include a cracked rim that required replacement, and the tire they quoted was the wrong size. No work performed. No parts ordered. Refund promised. Money withheld. Judging by other reviews, this manager’s behavior is a pattern. If you value professionalism, transparency, or getting your money back when a business makes a mistake, do not go here.
