I had them replace the tie rod ends. What a disaster. The parts I bought had grease fittings which were not installed, meaning the fittings were not greased at all. Worse, they destroyed the rubber boots protecting my steering rack from the elements, allowing me to drive home with essentially no boots on my $5,000 steering rack. Even the alignment they did was garbage. They did refund me, but I can't get back all of the time wasted. Let them stick to tires and don't let them touch anything else.
