We reserved a car a month in advance, only to arrive at the office to find it cold, dark, and completely unprepared. Apparently they were having power issues that had been going on for 2 days. The staff member took my information and began getting my reservation ready then said "fyi we have no clean cars for you". No phone call, no email - nothing. She said she was using a hotspot to access the computer. Ok well you could have called on your cellphone or sent an email. We drove 45 minutes in terrible Vermont weather, only to be told that they had nothing for us. To add insult to injury, the only two cars they had possibly available were off-limits because we were using a debit card. The lack of communication, preparation, and customer service was staggering. Needless to say, we will not be renting from this company again.
