  Kim and Alyssa at the Yorktown location were exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. I was truly impressed by their professionalism and the outstanding level of customer service they provided. Along with my oil change, they also replaced my engine and cabin filters on my Benz, and the entire experience was seamless. I highly recommend this location!

  The entire staff appeared to work well together and communicated well. The manager coordinated her staff well to efficiently move cars through. She was informative, but not pushy. It was my first Valvoline experience and I'll definitely return.

  Valvoline has done a great job changing out oil, a battery and wipers for me. They are very fast yet thorough and give me recommendations based on what they see. Even more, their computer system can view the past work in the vehicle. They routinely send me coupons to cut down the cost as well. Really enjoy their service technicians and services!

  I am a regular customer at your store, but I am quite disappointed with my recent experiences. It has come to my attention that during service, your mechanic damaged the bolts and the bottom cover of my Audi A8 L. Additionally, I have observed that the team may not be fully equipped or experienced in handling European vehicles. On multiple occasions, the required tools were not available, which resulted in improper handling of components. This has led to damaged screws and missing or improperly secured bolts. During my last visit, I spent over an hour at your shop, only to leave without an oil change being completed. The service could not be performed because the necessary bolts had been damaged, preventing access to the drain point. This experience has been both frustrating and concerning. I request that you review this matter seriously, assess the damage caused, and advise on how you plan to resolve it. I look forward to your prompt response.

  Dear Manager, I would like to file a complaint regarding an issue I experienced today. Today, I was not treated fairly. It was my turn, but the employees asked me to move my car back because another customer’s car was there, and they wanted to service that car first. I believe this is very unfair. Customers should be served based on who arrives first. Everyone is paying for the service, and all customers should be treated equally. Additionally, the employee involved in this situation had the name TY written on his shirt. Please look into this matter and speak with your staff to ensure this does not happen again. Also, I have been coming here for the past four years, and I always come here to change my car’s oil. Because of this, I feel I should be treated with respect and fairness. I kindly request that all customers be treated fairly. Thank you for your time and attention.
