Today the last 2 vacumns were not working, and in the one location there is always an employee(?) Parked. With a truck there is only one side that is usable to get the hose to reach. Hate to say it but it seems like since they started building the new Tommy's wash next door they are not repairing broken items...I had planned to stay at whistle, but if parts do not work I will move my monthly subscription

I told him I will just pass through the washing and will not use vacuum or anything, he said you can’t and didn’t let me wash my car, I have a member ship and I will cancel it as of now. This place have people work in without customer service skills.
