- RRredneck5932Oct 28, 20251.0terrible manager, i purchased an new alternator from them on 10/22 i returned it on 10/28 because the alternator wasn't producing the right amount of voltage. 13.5 at any rpm at the battery. She didnt believe me and tried to prove i was lying by trying to test it before swapping me out for a new one. Only for her to fiddle with the testing machine for 20 minutes and taking personal calls not being able to figure it out then giving up and finally swapping the defective one i bought with a new one. Got the new one in and i have 14.6 Volts at the battery now while running. She should not be running an Auto parts store. I will be avoiding this store from now on.
