  Originally had scheduled an appointment for a state inspection. Received a call from auto pros about my appointment and asked if I could drop the vehicle off due to the work load. I had stated that it wasnt a problem and rescheduled to a date more open for the inspection. Arrived at autopros 20 mins before my appointment and waited 1.5 hrs to be pulled in. No worries on that I understood they had a specialist for European vehicles. Once my vehicles was pulled in the inspection was quick and detailed. One of the employees asked me to come talk to the technician who was polite and honest about a service that was done with the pervious owner and got it taken care of. They apologized about the wait but there was no need for it. Im a patient person and I understood the need for the wait. I told them that I rescheduled to help them get vehicles completed for other customers and I work on vehicles but am not state certified and told them it was not a problem. I was then told since I helped them they would help me. I wasnt charged for the service I made an appointment for or the fluids that were topped off. I would recommend this business to everyone to which I do for vehicles I can not repair myself. Great customer service and experienced technician they have employed.

  I had my Range Rover serviced for an oil change and state inspection by their designated European car serviceman and I must say the process was quick and painless. Given experiences I’ve had with dealerships and other auto-body shops, I was pleased that I was not waiting for hours for a simple oil change. I will be back.

  I took my car in with a mysterious issue, that two other auto shops could not figure out. By the grace of God I attempted Auto Pro as my last shot before giving up. Not only were they able to figure out what was wrong with it but they have been very kind, patient and understanding as well. As a female it can be very stressful and hard to find an auto establishment that is honest and trustworthy. And I think I found one. I will continue to come here for this car and any future car down the line. I highly recommend them. I want to thank Rudy, who’s been in contact with me through out the whole process! Rudy is amazing, kind and very understanding! I also want to thank Joel and any other mechanic that may have worked on my Saturn Aura, and Ryan as well! I appreciate the hard work and for fixing my car.You all are amazing and I am very thankful.

  Had a great first experience with Auto Pros. There was an issue with my teenagers car. They got me in quick for diagnostics and was able to fix it that same day! They fixed what never should have been an issue, caused by a dealer ship service center. They let me know what was suggested to be done but also informed me it was nothing pressing. I appreciate being informed but not pressured into completing something. Because of that, I did ask them to complete the suggested maint as well. I will be going to them for all my future needs!

  I will start by saying I really THOUGHT I liked this place. Front staff was always nice. However, my last experience with AutoPros has left a sour taste in my mouth. For background, I have went to them in the past for an oil change. They completed the oil change and had a list of recommendations and one of them being my battery needs to be replaced. Since that oil change, my car on random occasions would “false start” and die and I assumed it to be the battery needing to be replaced. I return my car to them on March 6 for a state inspection and to check the issue with the battery. They call me in the afternoon and tell me my inspection is complete, however the battery is experiencing “voltage” issues and they will have to order the new battery and fix it on the following Monday. I do not live in the area and I needed the car back so I requested to pay for the services completed (inspection + diagnostic) and I will bring the car back Monday. I gave my card number over the phone because I will have to pick the car up after hours. It cost me $80 to get an uber (there and back home) because they left my car in the garage. I uber back home and place a comment on FB and they came to the shop that Friday evening to release my car and said they will discount the uber costs from my bill on Monday. I decided not to come back on Monday because something felt off about this situation. My car ends up doing the false start issue again, except this time it died completely. I call AAA they come and show me the issue was simply a loose terminal. They tested the battery and it was fine and did not actually need a replacement. They mentioned it lost some power, but it is still fine. They fixed the loose terminal and I was good to go. My concern is why was I ever recommended a battery replacement from AutoPros in the past, why was my terminal loose, and why did they say it was another issue. I just feel confused. This is the only place I had service my car so far over the past year or so. I am hoping there was not anything malicious that occurred but to think I was about to pay for a battery replacement due to a “voltage issue” when my terminal was loose is concerning. This is long but the only reason they have 2 stars is because they were never rude to me, always friendly. I do appreciate the attempt to discount my bill even though I just ended up being charged for inspection/diagnostic. Ended up paying that and the expensive Ubers. This could have been a one off situation, but I rather just find a new shop in the area I’m located instead of traveling to them.
