I asked for a state inspection, to check my air filter and cabin filter, to rotate/balance my tires, as well as an alignment. They opened at 8am, had other appointments scheduled and finished with my car at 11:15 am!! I am extremely impressed and they have excellent customer service!!!! I will be a regular customer from now on!

They replaced the tire we suspected was the issue and never checked any of the other tires. We had another tire with a broken inner belt and we could have wrecked, had a blowout, etc. They didn't take the time to inspect the other tires and we could have been killed or injured due to their incompetence. We drove on with the vehicle still pulling to one side, the vehicle shaking, thinking we had a major issue with our suspension or alignment and it turned out to be another tire as the issue that I am certain was an issue whenever we were there.
