- FSFlorida SnowmanFeb 13, 20265.0I was passing through from Florida to Pennsylvania and I noticed a wobble. In a panic, I pulled up and they diagnosed the problem quickly. Bad news, tie rods and a rear tire was ready to blow! They caught it in a nick of time. They replaced the tire at a reasonable price and when the expert mechanic arrived he adjusted the tie rods and great news, that fixed the problem! I can’t complement this place enough. They really take care of travelers! If I could give you ten stars I would!

I called before having my car towed to check tire availability and was informed they did not have the tire in stock, but could have it ordered and arrived by the next morning. I had my car towed here and was greeted by friendly staff. The tire was ordered, changed, and ready to go within 18 hours of it popping. The staff at Thompson Tires even helped arrange transportation from the hotel to the shop in the morning due to lack of Uber drivers in the area. Wonderful and friendly experience! While I hope there's not another popped tire, if there is, I hope it's near Thompson Tire Discounters.
