- SSSvetlanaDec 23, 20251.0My husband and I stopped at this location on December 23, 2025, at approximately 9:00 a.m. to purchase pizza for breakfast. There were around five employees working at the counter, however, we discovered that no fresh pizza was available. Only two old, dried-out slices of pepperoni pizza were left on display. Normally, when we stop at Pilot locations, there is always a selection of pizza available at any time of day. If something runs out, it is usually being prepared or can be made upon request within 10–15 minutes. I asked when cheese pizza would be available, as I do not eat meat. I was told that it would not be available until after 11:00 a.m. This response was unacceptable. We were willing to purchase several slices, yet we were effectively refused service and told to wait two more hours. As a result, we left without buying anything. This experience left us with an extremely unpleasant impression. It is the first time we have ever left a Pilot without purchasing food we came for. The employees at this location appeared unprofessional, unmotivated, and unwilling to do their job, despite having adequate staff present. Such poor service is unacceptable, especially considering that many of your customers are truck drivers who travel 24/7, delivering goods and food for this country. I strongly encourage management to review this incident and address the lack of food availability and employee professionalism at this store.
