  Highly recommend this AutoZone!!! I was driving through in a car that had failing windshield wipers when I hit this part of VA and hit snow late in the evening. I ended up stopping until I could get to an auto store the next morning. Pulled in to two different auto places along 81 with posted opening times that ended up being locked and lights off (so frustrating!) before I got to this AutoZone. They were actually open when they say they would be! A snowy miracle!! I pulled in during frosty low 20 degree weather and flurries and Mr. Charlie and the fellow with long blonde hair and beard helped me change out the windshield wipers. The wipers on the Mustang were pretty stuck before the snow had froze them up. Charlie and co worked together to get them loose and changed to the much improved new wipers. SOOOO appreciative of their help. Could not have been kinder, didn't treat me like an idiot and helped me change windshield wipers about 7:30am in freezing temperatures! Can't get much better service than that! I was back on the road in no time. Truly wish the rest of the roadtrip was as easy as this pit stop was. Hope you fellows had a Merry Christmas. My family has had to hear me rave about the AutoZone's service lately! Thank y'all again for the help!

  My wife and I just want to express our gratitude to Melissa. We were on vacation when our rear brakes needed replacing. She got us the right parts and we were back on the road within a couple of hours.
