  DeShawnn!!! I hope I spelled your name right. Thank you so so so much and your hard working team!!! Had a amazing experience at valvoline, from when I first touched wheels on the lot and I was greeted, to the time leaving. DeShawn and his guys were excellent! I usually don’t write reviews, but I have never ever experienced such amazing customer service EVERRRR before. DeShawn was very informative, communicative, honest, and such a genuine cool relatable guy, always smiling and doing the same for the team. I will now ALWAYS come back to this location for this reason. Not only the ability to take care of the customer, my car and it’s needs, but the ability to be able to motivate his team, and to able to relate on a scale with others with such brightness and positivity, as well as the ability to make another’s day while doing so. I always read reviews before I go anywhere, and just by the amount of times I saw this guys name mentioned I knew I was in luck when I arrived and was greeted by DeShawn and felt a sigh of relief because I knew I was in good hands! My day was truly made today and I am absolutely grateful to have chose to have my car serviced at this location. You have a lifelong customer! Like Deshawn said “welcome to the Vamily!” I am honored to be apart. Thank you DeShawn , Xavier and Singh for the wonderful experience today. My day was truly made!

  Great place! Fast oil change and ended up also getting air filter changed, thanks to getting a discount! They were also very informative and even gave us a paper with a list of price ranges for other car maintenance things. Planning on coming back soon to get trans fluid done!

  Deshawn, Nick, Vincent and Chris took really good care of me. Their worker ethic, customer service, knowledge, and salesmanship is pretty top-tier. I came in for exactly what I needed and got a little extra done for preventive maintenance. Thanks a lot for your hard work guys.

  Isaiah, DeShan, Byron, Brandon, WHAT A WONDERFUL SERVICE! Thank you to the entire team at Valvoline on Smoketown Rd in Woodbridge. I bought my car in 2024, and I’ve been coming here ever since. They go the extra mile every single time. They are very accommodating and always make me feel supported.   Hit this spot before going out of town and it saved my trip. Originally was going with a Groupon around the corner but they were talking about a three hour wait. These guys hooked me up in about 15-20 minutes. Convenience was totally worth it. Would definitely use Valvoline again. Deshawn and his team were so professional and timely. Thank you!!!
