  Brought my car in due to check engine light and weird engine noises. JOE said they would do engine diagnostic for $175 and go from there. However computer codes requiring dealership repair were needed. Because NTB was unable fix JOE expressed regret they couldn't help me and didn't even charge me the $175! Highly recommend NTB @ 12741 Harbor Dr Lake Ridge VA 22192 for a honest deal in a dishonest world!

  Jeffrey (and Eddy) were absolutely amazing to work with!! We had some unexpected curve balls and they were able to assist me with getting what I needed done and out the door! The customer service was amazing and they were very honest and thorough! Will be using them for my husbands tires soon!

  Came in for an oil change, they botched that so I had to return. During that service their shop manager called me in a panic and told me that my brakes were in imminent danger of failing, that both the fronts and backs needed new pads and rotors. He told me that it could start a fire and that they were no more pads, metal on metal. But I could get them replaced for $1400 that day, like a true hero. The pads are fine and I've been driving on them for the last year, no issues. I think he was ginning up business for the end of the month/year numbers and just begged me to reconsider the brake job. it felt like a shop scam.

  I recently brought my 2011 Toyota Avalon in for a full strut replacement, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Finding a shop you can trust is rare, but shop managers Jeff and Eddie made the entire process seamless. They were incredibly respectful, transparent about the work needed, and provided a very reasonable price that beat out other quotes I’d received. A huge shoutout goes to Arles, the service technician who worked on my car. He did an excellent job and clearly takes immense pride in his craft. You can tell he took his time to ensure every bolt was torqued correctly and the suspension was aligned perfectly; my Avalon hasn’t handled this smoothly or felt this "planted" in years. It honestly drives like a brand-new vehicle again. The facility itself is top-notch with a clean, comfortable waiting area. To top it all off, the customer service is truly next-level: I accidentally spilled my drink while waiting, and without hesitation, the managers stepped in and bought me a brand-new one on the house. It’s those small, kind gestures that show they genuinely care about their customers. I can’t recommend this team enough for their expertise and incredible hospitality!

  JOE and his team took care of us like we were family today. We came in and were able to get our tire looked at and patched all within the same day. Joe was super friendly and accommodating throughout the whole process. He even took the time to talk about the differences between some tires that we are thinking of getting soon. Because of him, we’ll be customers for life and will be back when we’re ready to purchase those tires and do our oil changes!
