  Rented a car from them and these people have been playing with me EVER since. Firsthand they knew I was in a rush due to getting my nieces to their fathers funeral in another state. During our trip we discovered trash in the car, washcloth and mens clothing with semen on it (yes you read that right). My little niece was the one who found it and brought it to my attention as it was tucked away in one of the backseats…DISGUSTING. The check engine light as well came on during our trip and I did let them know that as well. We were stuck between a do we keep going so these little girls can say goodbye to their father or turn around and your damn right we kept going and I chalked it up and cleaned it all myself. I however, brought back ALL the evidence. I have reached out multiple times on the phone, and these people don’t care to take it serious nor return my calls or issue the refund. After all the mistakes they made…Even Corporate said my refund should have been given to me…because I provided them proof too. However, they don’t have the authority to issue me it themselves for whatever reason I have to work with these carless people. No worries though, my review is here to stay with proof and I will be reaching out to the right people until my refund is given and they decide to be professional and return my phone calls. At this point it is purposeful and intentional. I am so glad I documented everything! Stay away from this location, when things go wrong they will NOT take accountability. Remember what you put out in this world is what you get. I’d hope none of you spend your hard earned money on something and have someone give you the same unprofessional treatment.

  TERRIBLE Rental Company. They do not answer the phones or even attempt to answer the phones. They just let them ring. They gave me a car that has NO heat only blows cold air when it’s 40 degrees outside. And they only had 3 cars for me to rent no options at all. Will never come to this place ever again.

  Very unprofessional and terrible customer service from this group. Members have hung up the phone numerous times and would rather argue than find a solution! Guy refuse to give his name too! I also had a code to apply to my reservation and it was removed!!! If I have a corporate discount I don’t know why the employees car so much when my money still goes to the company not them! They will accuse you of things at this location and steal money based off what they think, and this location does NOT properly follow protocols or procedures on what to do.

  Under promise and over deliver, I did not get this outcome. I selected a Audi A3 or BMW 2 Series and ended up with three choices of sedans, a Sentra, Impala or some korean make sedan. How are these choices similar to what I reserved? You are better off not allowing me to choose anything if you cant deliver the goods. NOT A FAN OF THIS SITUATION!!!! I hope that you will fix this poor business practice.
