    Staff at the local enterprise shop was great. Very helpful and quick to get things set up for day of. Seemed to get a local upgrade on class. Perfect rental as has always been the case.

    I recently had a disastrous experience with Enterprise Car Rental at 14455 Potomac Mills Road, Woodbridge, Virginia 22192. The service was abysmal, and I would not hesitate to give them zero stars if possible. Despite booking a car a week in advance and being assured of a prompt pickup at 8 am from a collision center, I was left stranded. Repeated calls to the Potomac Mills Enterprise office yielded no response, forcing me to walk over a mile to their location. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a representative who was engrossed in an irrelevant conversation with another customer, resulting in a 25-minute wait to check in. The ordeal did not end there, as it took an additional hour to secure a vehicle. To my dismay, the car reeked of cigarette smoke, making the entire experience utterly unacceptable.
