- JRJoel RodriguezDec 1, 20251.0I was there for oil change and decided to also rotate my tires. I was told that for tire rotation I had to leave my car and wait in the lobby. I assumed the tire rotation should be no more that 20-30 minutes. And hour passed and decided to check on my car. Nobody was working on it. After asking a few employees, I was told one of the lug nuts was “stripped”. Told them to replace it. Another 45 minutes passed and no word. Went to my car, nobody was working on it. Eventually I was told that they ordered the part and were waiting on it. I can understand all that, but nobody kept me informed on the progress. At the end I wasted 2.5 hours there when my plan was to do a quick oil change. On top of that, the team didn’t replace the oil reminder sticker, and didn’t reset the car service reminder. Very poor service. After I respectfully complained, I was rushed out. I’m never going back.
