  After waiting then asking to move my vehicle for another to go in front because car was waiting to longer as if I didn’t have some where to be spoke with manager he stated he will give discount for inconvenience then refused discount once oil change was complete

  The staff was professional yet pleasant. The wait times were a bit too long and the upselling not needed yet still a good experience.

  We needed an oil change and pulled in here. We were greeted right away. The people were friendly and professional. They didn't try to up sell services but did offer suggestions. They accept coupons from website. Prices are reasonable. They even thanked us for our business.

  The folks are always friendly and smiling. Very unlikely to have to wait more then 10 minutes. They take care of the oil change quickly and correctly every time. I actually wait to get my oil change until I get back in the area so I can go to this particular location.

  Came in for an oil change and wiper replacement on my 24 RAM. Customer started out good with the guys who greeted me. Once I pulled my truck in after a 10 min wait, it all went down hill. Aaron was at the computer, asked for my info per usual (I only go to Valvoline just not this location), then asked to scan my vin, THEN asked for my engine size and type, I tell him and proceeds to ask me XL or XLT and asked for my registration. I asked what the issue is, he is having trouble finding my truck info. He asks a coworker for help, who lets him know that my truck is a RAM and NOT an F-150. They finally figure it out and proceed. While they’re changing the oil they do the usual look at your filter which he proceeds to say it’s clean but all bent up ( it was just replaced previous oil change), they put it back. We move on to the wipers, they replace them and ask me to turn them on. All of a sudden the fluid isn’t working. Mind you it worked before I got there, I used them on the way there and realized I needed to new blades. They have me open the hood back up to check and find the hose is broke. I asked how that even happened as it was working fine before I pulled in. They had no clue and who changed it said “it wasn’t me, I made sure to be careful because I know it would be my fault if I broke anything”. The other guys back their coworker. Tried telling me it was from the snow but there was no snow on my truck! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!
