  Spending my evening at NTB was NOT on my bingo card for the day. However, a fat tire derailed my evening plans, so here I am! I thought there was no way I would get new tires the same day, especially with my late arrival, pushing closing time. But Gabriel greeted me warmly, gave me a no hassle low price and got me back on the road in no time. Definitely recommend!

  I came into the store because my tire light was on. Gabriel was very friendly and he greeted me immediately. I explained that my tire light was on but I was able to drive. Gabriel told me to make myself comfortable and that they would put air in my tires. Upon inspection they noticed a nail in my rear tire. Joseph patched my tire and Gabriel also checked the quality of my tires and my lights as I had mentioned that I was worried about passing inspection. The tire was patched immediately and Gabriel let me know I was ready to go. He didn’t charge me. I will come back, I received the best customer service from Gabriel and his team.

  Called in for an inquiry spoke to Gabe very professional and welcoming over the phone made me confident to stop by the next after setting an appointment with him for my oil change also I noticed my car driving a little off and during my oil change he presented the exact issue that was occurring with my car told me they can take care of it gave me a great deal so I took it and absolutely 100% great service and hospitality. Any services I may need in the future I will be back and remember always ask for Gabe 🫡💯💪🏼

  I had such a great experience with NTB on Harbor Drive! From the very first phone call, they were super helpful and walked me through what to expect price-wise, which I really appreciated. No surprises, just clear and honest information. When I came in for my appointment, the customer service was just as great in person. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, personable, and made the whole process feel easy. The sweetest part? Apparently my bracelet fell off when I dropped my car off and I had no idea. They actually called me to ask if I had lost one. I didn’t even realize it was missing! That level of attention to detail really stood out to me. On top of all that, my car was finished quickly and I ended up paying less than what I was originally quoted. You can’t beat that. Highly, highly recommend!

  I made an online appointment for 12 pm today before my appointment Joe called to make sure i would be ther at 12 pm I told him I would be. I arrived at the shop at 11:40 am and brandon told me the alignment tech was going to lunch at 11:30 until 12;30 and to come back at 12:30 I ask why i was allowed to make an appointment that was confirmed by Joe at twelve if the tech. was going to be at lunch and he told me that it was a state law that every employee gets a lunch break i understand this but i don.t understand why they scheduled my appointment for 12. so i asked to speak with Joe and was told he wasen.t there And so I canceled the service. As I was leaving the parking lot Brandon flagged my down and said that the tech wasen"t going to lunch until 12:30 while waiting I went to the grocery store nearby and at !2:20 i noticed my car was still in the lot I called the shop at 1pm and was told my car was on the lift and iwould recieve a call when my car was ready well it"s now 1:51 and no phone call yet so so much for the 12"0 clock appointment. I fell I have been lied to and will never do any business here again.
