Terrible experience — again.
This is the second time I’ve had problems with this shop. The first time was just an oil change and alignment, and they kept my truck for the entire day. They are extremely slow and disorganized.
Today, November 15th, 2025, I brought my truck around noon for an oil change. I was told the wait time would be 1 hour and 30 minutes and that they would call me when it was ready. It’s now 5:16 PM, the store is closed, no one contacted me, and my truck is still with them — I don’t even know if it ended up locked inside, but I have no access to it.
This is a huge lack of respect and professionalism.
Unacceptable. I do not recommend this place at all.

I had an excellent experience today when Brandon and team fixed my leaking tire. I called them at 4pm on a national holiday, and not only did they tell me that I could come right in, but Brandon actually surprised me and gave me the repair for free, as an apology for the “long” wait. Frankly, the wait wasn’t bad at all - they had a nice waiting room with coffee, etc, so it was a win-win. Thank you very much, Brandon and team! This makes quite a difference this week, especially while being impacted by the Federal Shutdown. I’ll defenitely be a repeat customer.

Came in to get a tire repair, Brandon informed me that it was repairable, and that he wasn’t charging me , Since we had waited about 15 to 20 minutes, I cannot stress enough how nice and kind he was. He went above and beyond for such the littlest service. He was respectful and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Brandon you made our day thank you so and thank you Mavis . I will be back for any future services

I’ve been to this NTB location several times, but after my recent experience, I won’t be going back. Previously, I brought my car in to have some work done, and when they mounted my wheels, they ended up scratching my brand new rims. The manager at the time, Mike, apologized and promised he’d make it up to me on my next service.
Fast forward to October 2nd, I went back expecting them to honor that promise, but everyone acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. No accountability, no effort to make things right—just a lot of shrugging it off.
It’s frustrating when a business doesn’t stand behind its word. I tried to give them another chance, but clearly customer loyalty and honesty don’t mean much here.

I will never ever bring a vehicle to NTB in Woodbridge!! Brought my vehicle in for one tire replacement due to tire blowout and an alignment at 1100 and didn’t get my vehicle back until 4 pm, minus the alignment. I was told this was only a 1.5 hour job. Never received a call about them only having one mechanic to do alignments. I understand things happen, but it is the lack of communication and the fact that they had my vehicle for far longer than necessary and didn’t tell me until I got there that they didn’t have time/personnel to do the alignment.
Also, when I arrived to drop the vehicle off, myself and another customer sat and waited for 15 minutes while the guy that was supposed to be tending to the front desk was messing around in the back with what looked like a friend or relative. One of the mechanics had to come from the back and find him. It was the same case when I came to pick up my vehicle. Do better NTB and stop wasting your customers time!!
