  Let me start with saying my previous experience at this location was positive but I want this to be a lesson to management that a simple thing can cause you to lose business. I came in for an oil change and a tire rotation which I had requested both services both online by appointment and also confirmed at the location when arriving, I even asked the salesperson how much the tire rotation would cost me and he stated that it was free so I then asked how long the whole process would take and he stated about an 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours so I thanked him and left to come back about 45 min later to see my car done so when they called me I asked how much tread depth I had left on my front ones to which he never replied so I then asked again how much time does he think I might have left on the ones that I just had rotated to the back because I know that they are worn he just smiled and shrugged and handed me my bill so I just paid and left. I immediately noticed that the tires had not been rotated at all so I came home understanding that I would not go back to this establishment simply because I would have been willing to pay for the tires to have been rotated and needed them to be and then realizing they weren't left me thinking, did he know that it didn't get done and just let it go, did they forget, could he have just been honest, about not doing it, I don't know and at this point it doesn't matter, don't offer a free service if you are not willing to do it, simple as that, there is too much competition out there and I'm willing to pay for it, that was never the issue and I would dare to say the bigger issue for you is that there could have been a potential sale of tires possibly two had the salesperson been semi attentive to the questions posed but alas here we are so those are some things to ponder and thank you for your time with this lengthy account

  Amazing service, Edwin went above and beyond he explained to me what could and couldn’t be done, he walked me to the back and showed me everything up front. Would recommend this place to anyone and would recommend Edwin himself.

  Had a flat tire and showed up without an appointment and they were able to find the nail in my tire and repair it within an hour. Super friendly staff with excellent customer service. Highly recommend the NTB in Woodbridge Va for your repair needs.

  I bought a new battery for a 2006 MDX. A year later it went dead. Bruce gave me a "new" ??? one to replace but only gave me minimal credit for the old one went this went bad in 2023. Thought a had purchased a 5 year battery this time. Less than 3 years and it is dead. Not sure how to rate this place. Previous expirience was positive as why I went in first palce.

  It’s Christmas Eve and my daughters tire is flat. We were able to add air to it and get it up to NTB around 1 pm. Thought this might be a plug situation. The manager took one look at the tire before even pulling into the bay and said they can’t plug the tire. The tire was so old (2021) and steel band and brads we’re starting to show through. Mind you we just got the car back from our dealership two days prior for new brakes and rafters and they said all tires were good. Thankfully we had a full size spare. NTB changed the tire and adjusted the air pressure and sent us on our way. All in under 30 min and no charge. Thank you for the excellent customer service and assistance. Took much needed stress off my daughter. Plus they didn’t even try talking me into new tires. Which they could have. Missed sakes opportunity and doing what’s right ( they even said go back to they dealership and ask why that even happened).
