I'm not gonna lie Bret at the Enterprise in Woodbridge VA on Richmond highway always makes my experience renting vehicles the best . He has excellent customer service as well as well spoken and mannerable. Please someone acknowledge this man because he's definitely a good asset to Enterprise.

Very disappointed with Enterprise I called Enterprise ahead of time to confirm whether a drop-off box was available, since I was renting the car Friday evening and planned to return it Saturday afternoon after the location closed at 2:00 PM. The phone representative told me I could use the drop box with no issue .
However, when I picked up the car, the representative told me that if I returned the car after 2:00 PM using the drop box, I would be charged for an extra day regardless of the actual drop-off time. When I explained what I was told over the phone, she suggested I return the car to the airport instead and said she would waive the one-way fee. Since my trip was already planned, I thanked her and proceeded.
Later, I checked my email and noticed the rental rate had almost doubled without any notification or explanation. I called the Enterprise 1-800 number and was told to contact the local rental office. At that point, I was very frustrated with how this was handled. I ended up cutting my trip short and returning the car before closing to avoid extra charges.
When I asked why the rate had changed without my consent, I was told it was because I was given a larger car than I reserved and that the system automatically adjusted the rate—then adjusted it back to the original reservation price.
The amount of money itself is not life-changing, but the experience was disappointing. The staff were unprofessional and inconsistent with the information they provided. What was said verbally did not match what was put in writing. My advice: take your time, read everything carefully before signing, and don’t rely solely on verbal assurances.

Bought a car on 12/4 from these people and few days later the check engine light comes on. I take it back and they RESET the light in front of me and pull a leaf out of the grill then told me if it comes back on to let them know. The light came back on AS SOON AS I GOT HOME. They advised me to take it to the dealership to get it diagnosed ON THEIR DIME NOT MINE. Turns out the car had previous damage that was never reported anywhere or told to me at the time of purchase. They tried to blame me for the damages and stated they were not gonna pay for it since I was sold a vehicle that did not have the check engine light on. It wasn't until Toyota told them THE DAMAGE IS NOT FRESH AND ETC they agreed to pay to fix that car. I was sent a video of the damages and sent it to Brad the District Manager or whatever he calls himself these days. Brad stated he will not fix ALL of the damages just what prompted the light to come on. I should not be responsible for any damages I did not cause. They reset the check engine light before I bought the vehicle and hoped it wouldn't come back on. Brad offered me a full refund which was $2400 and I can return the vehicle. Days later the vehicle is still at the dealership and I had to go as far as contacting my lawyers to help resolve this issue. This is the worst experience buying a car please do yourself a favor and do NOT give this place your money go to an actual dealership.
