    Bought a car on 12/4 from these people and few days later the check engine light comes on. I take it back and they RESET the light in front of me and pull a leaf out of the grill then told me if it comes back on to let them know. The light came back on AS SOON AS I GOT HOME. They advised me to take it to the dealership to get it diagnosed ON THEIR DIME NOT MINE. Turns out the car had previous damage that was never reported anywhere or told to me at the time of purchase. They tried to blame me for the damages and stated they were not gonna pay for it since I was sold a vehicle that did not have the check engine light on. It wasn't until Toyota told them THE DAMAGE IS NOT FRESH AND ETC they agreed to pay to fix that car. I was sent a video of the damages and sent it to Brad the District Manager or whatever he calls himself these days. Brad stated he will not fix ALL of the damages just what prompted the light to come on. I should not be responsible for any damages I did not cause. They reset the check engine light before I bought the vehicle and hoped it wouldn't come back on. Brad offered me a full refund which was $2400 and I can return the vehicle. Days later the vehicle is still at the dealership and I had to go as far as contacting my lawyers to help resolve this issue. This is the worst experience buying a car please do yourself a favor and do NOT give this place your money go to an actual dealership.

    Beware of this enterprises use car sales. This location will sell you a vehicle that can be damaged. And when you find out about they will make it seem that you did it, when all along they know that the damaged was there from the time the car gets there lot. If you purchase a vehicle from this location make sure you take it to a Certified mechanic to check it from top to bottom in and out. THEY WILL TRY TO MAKE YOU PAY FOR DAMAGED THAT WAS THERE BEFORE YOU BUY IT. And if you're thinking about getting in contact with corporate office FOR GET IT. Buyer be aware

    1) Reserved a pick-up truck one week in advance. Date of pick-up neither did they have a pick-up available but downgraded the vehicle I reserve to a VW Atlas. 2) I had to go to another location. The second location had a pick-up. A GMC Sierra that had been sideswiped severely in the rear quarter panel. 3) Any adjustment in cost? NO! What has happened to Enterprise Car rental?

    This Enterprise location is completely unprofessional. They cancelled my truck rental 15 minutes before pickup. Fifteen minutes! I get being short-staffed or busy, but that’s no excuse for this level of incompetence. Even worse, they offered me a Corolla instead of the truck I reserved. Seriously? If you knew you didn’t have the truck, call me earlier, don’t leave me hanging at the last second. This was a total waste of my time, and I will never rent from Enterprise again. Terrible service.
