    $85 a day Ingrid. $60 daily rate for a Prius. $25 for the ins. This was a weekly rental. You rob people. Took advantage of my son because he trusted you all. And THIS was your military rate???? Unbelievable… and your employees had the audacity to say the rate changes daily. So what! It was $51 a day online for a pickup. Hope your little minions enjoyed the commission off my son. Now I’ll buy his groceries while we wait for his vehicle to be repaired and he’s stuck renting a vehicle from GREEDY people that YOU trained. Any reply other than an apology is a waste of the public’s time.

    Good experience at this location. Was here quite a few times over the past few months, and Viviana and Ingrid were super helpful. They were able to help me quickly and efficiently throughout the entire process.

    Someone at this location is playing with the phone. I called several times to make a reservation due to an insurance claim and the person is picking up the phone and immediately putting it on mute. Either that or it’s broken but I doubt that because I can hear them taking it on and off mute. This is HIGHLY unacceptable!
