Repeated calls to the Potomac Mills Enterprise office yielded no response, forcing me to walk over a mile to their location. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a representative who was engrossed in an irrelevant conversation with another customer, resulting in a 25-minute wait to check in. The ordeal did not end there, as it took an additional hour to secure a vehicle. To my dismay, the car reeked of cigarette smoke, making the entire experience utterly unacceptable.
