  I usually don't come to this autozone but the young lady with long hair, I wish i asked for her name, she was so helpful and had such a positive attitude. 10/10

  I just had to share how amazing my experience was at this AutoZone. A young employee with a very unique name helped me out twice now, and both times I left feeling seen, supported, and confident in the next steps for my car. Last week, I came in completely stressed because my battery died after a trip. He was calm, incredibly knowledgeable, and walked me through everything — answering all my questions, being honest about what I needed without trying to upsell, and even offering future maintenance tips. Today, I returned to replace my battery, and once again, he went above and beyond. The level of service at this location is unmatched. Even though this AutoZone is further away from where I live, I choose to come here instead of the one at Cheshire Station Plaza. The service there doesn’t come close — I’ve experienced a lack of care and unwillingness to help, which makes a big difference in stressful moments like these. Thank you again to the awesome team here — and especially to the employee who helped me out. I truly appreciate your care, knowledge, and positive energy!

  I give them a five star and wish I could do a 10 star. I first went in for a driver side light bulb. I Katilin helped me by replacing it for me. I then went to the DMV and found out I needed to get my Emissions Inspections passed and because my engine light was on I found out it wouldn't pass inspection. I then went back to the Auto Zone to see if Katilin could tell me what to do to fix it, She wasn't there , but Johana was there ready to help. She did a diognostic test, and after was looking to see where the problem was. It was the air flow system covering that off. She said i see your problem, she proceeded to try fixing it when a mechanic that was a regular customer saw, he assisted with putting it back on. All together, Im so thankful for their help and their amazing customer service, the check engine light is off and Im extremely thankful .
