He was extremely helpful , he listened and addressed my concern. The store was pretty busy and throughout the whole interaction , he went above and beyond in taking time to find a transaction that wasn't even in the system due to another staff's error and with my APPLE PAY receipt he honored , I was able to walk out with a replacement battery which gave me piece of mind . His customer service, knowledge and professionalism was more than I expected.
