  I wasn’t able to find what I needed, but the experience was top tier! Eric, was as through as through could be. He had the most pleasant disposition and was knowledgeable to boot! Auto Zone is lucky to have him!

  Eric did an excellent job as a manager at AutoZone. He was friendly, supportive, and kept a positive attitude. Happy to see those kind of people in there. Thank you what an exactly job you did Eric. We need people like you.

  I had a very nice experience at this AutoZone location. Store # 06893 I purchased wiper blades, but I drive a big truck and it is very hard for me to reach and install them myself. Eric was about to leave, but he kindly took the time to help me install the wiper blades anyway. He didn’t hesitate to help, and his kindness and professionalism really meant a lot to me. I truly appreciate the great customer service and the respectful treatment. I highly recommend this place because of the helpful staff and the way customers are treated here. Thank you again, Eric!

  I came tonight asking for my battery to be checked (I had jumped my car as it was dead) - when I walked in, I observed a long line and a single employee (who I later learned was the store manager) helping customers and answering the phones. He was incredibly friendly and professional, and he handled the chaos (lines, customers needing various things) efficiently and pleasantly. Manuel, the technician who checked my car’s battery life, showed me the results and then encouraged me to drive around for an hour before paying for a new battery to see if it would self-charge or if I needed a new battery. We returned close to closing to a much more empty store, but Manuel re-checked my battery and to my surprise it was back to 100%! He let me know to come back with any worries/if the battery dies again. Overall, I am so grateful to both of them for their kindness, patience, and honesty. I’d strongly recommend anyone needing any car batteries to visit this location - they will do the diagnostic and only recommend what you need if you need it!

  I got a fair estimate on brakes - front and rear, as well as other misc. parts. Eric Wright is a great manager. Hopefully getting brakes for my Honda Civic and electrical components for my Mazda 3. Eric and his staff are very knowledgeable. Ask them questions!
