Last week, I came in completely stressed because my battery died after a trip. He was calm, incredibly knowledgeable, and walked me through everything — answering all my questions, being honest about what I needed without trying to upsell, and even offering future maintenance tips. Today, I returned to replace my battery, and once again, he went above and beyond. The level of service at this location is unmatched. Even though this AutoZone is further away from where I live, I choose to come here instead of the one at Cheshire Station Plaza. The service there doesn’t come close — I’ve experienced a lack of care and unwillingness to help, which makes a big difference in stressful moments like these. Thank you again to the awesome team here — and especially to the employee who helped me out. I truly appreciate your care, knowledge, and positive energy!
