  Great experience and customer service at Auto Zone on Jefferson Hwy, Woodbridge. Mr. Juan was so helpful and courteous. Not only he helped me to find the right filters for the cabin and engine, but he also offered to change the engine filter for for my car. I appreciate your assistance and courtesy and thank you for saving me a lot of $$.

  I had an excellent experience with Kathy, who provided outstanding customer service despite a very long line. She managed to assist every customer efficiently and was incredibly knowledgeable about the store and its products. Kathy helped me find the exact parts I needed with great patience and professionalism. Even though she was the only staff member in the store that morning, she handled everything exceptionally well. I highly recommend her assistance to anyone visiting the store.

  Five-Star Review: Amazing Service from Kathy! I had car trouble near a 7-Eleven when my car wouldn’t start, so I walked over to AutoZone for help. That’s where I met Kathy, and she went above and beyond to assist me.Kathy didn’t hesitate—she walked all the way to where my car was parked near 7-Eleven to check my battery. After diagnosing the issue, she walked back with me to AutoZone, helped me find the right replacement battery, and even installed it for me right there.Her professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to go the extra mile made a stressful situation so much easier. Kathy is truly an amazing employee, and I’m so grateful for her outstanding customer service!
