I didn't have the right information so I had to come back the next day. Next day, they were very helpful looked up the exact battery I needed and in 2 minutes came out and put my battery in. In total I think I was there for 20 minutes at most. This is the second time I've gotten a battery from here and gotten somebody to put it in. It is incredibly helpful for those of us who don't know how to do it. I will definitely keep coming back to this store!
