    Bought a gold diehard battery here in less than two years it went out…. they replaced the battery In 2023 !same thing happened again don’t recommended these batteries customer service sucks even though you have a account they couldn’t locate your purchase no one is here to help very disappointed I had to buy a different battery at interstate battery facility off hordly rd

    I came by yesterday to get a daytime running light for my vehicle and the person behind the counter provided me a bulb and so I purchased it and went home and tried to install it. The bulb didn’t fit so I came back this morning and the 20 year--year-old behind the counter was non-apologetic stating that I should’ve brought in the old part prior to purchasing the bulb. She also stated that there are no refunds for electronic items before understanding the nature of the exchange She then stated that the bulbs are different for low beam and high beam, but then I corrected her and let her know that I didn’t come in for low beam. High beam at this bulb was for daytime running lights. She gave a fake Giggle. This is a perfect example of what is wrong with today’s society and companies hiring people like this. They give the brand and negative reputation.

    I am a loyal customer who frequents this establishment for all my shopping needs and have spent over $1,000 at your store in the past year. During my recent visit, I encountered an issue regarding a displayed price tag that had expired approximately one month prior but remained on the product. The staff declined to honor the displayed price, and unfortunately, the manager was unavailable to discuss the matter or provide an explanation for this decision. I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this situation and understand your store's policy regarding expired price displays.
