- RRRilSep 17, 20251.0I came by yesterday to get a daytime running light for my vehicle and the person behind the counter provided me a bulb and so I purchased it and went home and tried to install it. The bulb didn’t fit so I came back this morning and the 20 year--year-old behind the counter was non-apologetic stating that I should’ve brought in the old part prior to purchasing the bulb. She also stated that there are no refunds for electronic items before understanding the nature of the exchange She then stated that the bulbs are different for low beam and high beam, but then I corrected her and let her know that I didn’t come in for low beam. High beam at this bulb was for daytime running lights. She gave a fake Giggle. This is a perfect example of what is wrong with today’s society and companies hiring people like this. They give the brand and negative reputation.
