  Manuel is just killing it. Helped me with my battery and brakes. I don’t think he is a manager there but if anyone deserved a raise it’s him! Best customer service I have received from an individual at ANY kind of store. Manager is lucky to have him.

  Was very happy with the service received by Eric Wright Jr. He was able to explain the code on my car and very helpful when explaining my options.It was very stressful feeling not knowing what was going on with my car but felt better when I left. Will vist this store again knowing the customer service is great!

  All I can say is that some people are God’s gift to earth. Feeling grateful right now. I came in with headlight bulb out and Mr. Eric Wright Jr. was super kind and helpful! He helped me pick out, purchase and even installed the lights for me! Thank you Eric for your kindness and positive energy. May you forever be blessed today and everyday.   I’m giving five stars, but honestly, I wish I could give ten! The customer service was absolutely outstanding. Eric and Carter were both amazing—they went above and beyond to help me with my car and made the whole experience stress-free. I truly appreciate their professionalism, patience, and willingness to help. I’m very satisfied with the service I received and highly recommend them to anyone in need.   I have been to a bunch of auto parts stores and am a regular at Auto Zone. However, this particular Auto Zone will now be my ONLY Auto parts store I go to in the future. Not only are Senior Eric Jr and "Just Junior" Eric Jr. highly competent in their craft, they are singlehandedly the most enjoyable and entertaining duo I've ever met in the retail space. My interaction... ehich consiated of only getting a non-autozone alternator checked... is something I will remember for weeks to come. As stated above, I will now be shopping ONLY HERE as a result of their superior interaction and all around positive outlook and attitude. Keep up the great work gents. See you soon.
