  Came in for a transmission flush, was told that that was what I was getting. After my vehicle exhibited similar results to a partial exchange I called customer service. They included the manager who said they do not offer this service in VA.. So I basically paid them $230 to play with my vehicle enough to need money... but due to the incorrect service I still have to get this service done... LOOKS LIKE TIME FOR ANOTHER PROVIDER! Yall got $230 and all it cost ya was all future business..

  Ramiel did a wonderful job walking me through everything and making sure I got what I needed for my truck. Everyone was so helpful and professional, and I was out of there in less than 20 minutes.

  My most recent Valvoline visit was just fantastic overall. My main person of contact, Caleb, was excellent - very friendly, insightful and helpful. I felt like I was receiving good and honest guidance. The service was completed quickly and my vehicle instantly drove nicer upon leaving. I really appreciated their help and demeanor in particular, and showing me that the condition of my previous engine air filter was absolutely at the point of needing replacement now, after skipping the cost the previous times. The visit was much more expensive than I would have preferred ideally, even with my significant coupon, but still worth it for the expert care and quick, high quality service. I got out of there with a fully synthetic oil change and new engine air filter installed, and tires inflated to perfect PSI - for just about $100. I would’ve preferred about $20 less than this, but justify it by the simplicity, peace of mind, and saving a lot of time and energy. Again, extra thanks to the whole crew that worked on my vehicle, and a huge shout out to Caleb for such a pleasant interaction. They are a major asset to Valvoline and this location. A+ customer service interaction.

  In just 5 months since my last visit the price of an oil change went from 37.99 to 74.99. A basic oil change- that's all. Of course by the time they were ready to show the price they are already half way done. When asked how it could double so shortly I got the ol' "went corporate" jargon. Also, took about an hour from pull into property to leaving. This place is for suckers.

  “I’m never doing a coolant flush myself again.”. I’m 57 years old and finally got tired of doing this myself. Had I known how easy and quick a coolant flush would be, I would have done this years ago! These guys/gals took great care of my baby, even cleaning up afterwards. They were very nice. The only thing that bothered me a bit was that I was quoted $129 over the phone, but in the computer it has my Mustang listed at 16 quarts. The manual in my glove box says it is 13.6. I ended up paying $30 more than quoted (berfore taxes). However, I’m very satisfied with the work and will return for sure. You have a new customer.
