  They accused us of dents on the hood. The gentlemen’s stated that they weren’t bigger than 2 inches and no need to document them. Now they are trying to charge us

  Reserved a car in February to pick up at the end of march. Got there and didn't have a car for me. Offered me something completely different. No phone call or email to let me know. Just a wasted trip and a waste of my time. I contacted the website like requested and chatted with customer service. There answer to my complaint was to have the rental place call and offer me a car 2 days later. I'm not sure if I'm the only one but I don't tend to rent a car 2 days before it's needed, call me crazy. Since I'm already on my vacation I obviously declined. I got several "sorry this happened to you" apologies and that's all.

  I scheduled to rent a mini van a month ahead of my cross country road trip. I received a call the day I was supposed to pick up saying they didn't have any minivans available due to a recall, which I looked up afterward & did not see any recent recalls online. They asked if I would take an suv instead so I said if that's my only choice, yes. Then they told me, "actually we don't have any SUVs available today either, you'll have to call another location." So I ended up changing to pick up at a different enterprise location.

  Due to my vehicle breaking down In Winchester Virginia I needed a rental car for a day. I made my reservation on the phone and the rep was great, courteous, friendly and helpful! Lorena was a great customer service representative when I picked up the car in Winchester. She was very courteous and friendly and was very helpful and knowledgeable in showing me how to “work” the new fangled vehicle! :) Everything was easy and painless! I will definitely choose enterprise again!
