I call the number on invoice to talk to someone and then it goes to voicemail and I did this 3 times. I then ride to the store and they were closing up so I talked to a tech and told him im leaking oil from oil change you guys did today. The response was we are closed nothing I can do. So I leave for work 4am and was told by the last agent on the phone it wasn't there problem... They dont own up to there screw ups and try to avoid them .Last time I will ever go there

Overfilled my antifreeze overflow, Changed my tires from 36 as the manufacturer recommended to 32 which will set my tire light on. They put on the I invoice that my Transmission was sealed after they messed with the dipstick to the Transmission. How is it sealed if I have a dipstick. They couldn't even figure out why my windshield washer was purple. I will not let them work on a Tonka truck let along return to them.Be smart and do not take your car here.

Later that day had an annual inspection and come to find that one of my tires was completely dry rotted, balding, had low tire pressure and could not pass inspection. Therefore the rotation was a complete waste of my money and I'm disappointed that none of the several employees who worked on my car thought to point that out to me, for financial or even safety reasons. Update: Management contacted me and let me know that they are not able to issue a refund for the wasted service because they are “not actual mechanics” and “not a full service shop” apparently they are therefore not capable of honesty or communication. I would avoid this place at all costs.
