- MMMike McbreartyDec 25, 20251.0I took my jeep in for a lot of body roll a front end alignment new tires and a spare tire carrier had it there a couple times for the same issue they put the spare tire carrier on with a new spare when i got it back 2 of the bolts on the bead lock ring was broke off and left like that. They were supposed to put the jack mount back on timmy said it wouldn’t work i told john all the holes line up it should work he came out and put it on for me. I took it to another shop and said that the front end alignment was never done. It needed ball joints and track bar was bad and a tie rod end so the other shop fixed it all and also fixed my body roll which was a spring. I was charged for a front end alignment from ori and never got it and the work they did do i had redone right all they wanted to do is replace parts instead of actually putting it up on a lift and inspecting it i will never use them again and have called several times with no call back from them
