  I stopped by to get a tire checked because of a nail. I was greeted pleasantly when I enter the store. The gentleman at the counter was very professional. He listened to what my situation was and then he explained the process. He researched the possibility of a tire replacement. Thankfully I didn’t need a replacement. I highly recommend this shop, and it is where I will be going from here on out.

  Was phone shopping around to get wheel alignment information, and after a few interviews with around business, I connected with Luke. His phone manners were so humanly genuine, and he was so comfortable to speak with, that I booked an appointment. Upon arrival in the morning, the welcoming to the store was a friendly and a warm one, yet I had to be accomadated, as they were trying to fit me in, since I told them I was going on a long road trip. After taking my car in, something was more important to fix before the alignment. The manager, Mike explained what was wrong and was extremely helpful with his guidance and trusting ways. I felt very well cared for as he related the safety item in all aspects related the the car. They went above and beyond to get my car in safety mode to hit my long distance trip, they worked with my budgeting concercerns. Their prices are resonable and competitive with the area shops, and they are a shop to be trusted. The store is clean, the bathrooms were clean and the waiting room was very nice. The entire team was courteous, service oriented and very efficient. This was my first visit, and they have gained a new costumer. I highly recommended them!

  I stopped by NTB a little over an hour before closing, fully expecting to leave my car overnight and pick it up the next day. Instead, the team was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to get my four-wheel alignment done before they closed. Everyone I interacted with was great, courteous, and efficient. This wasn’t my first visit, and just like before, the customer service was excellent. I truly appreciate the consistency and the effort they put into taking care of their customers. I’ll definitely continue doing business with them. Highly recommended!

  They are absolutely amazing. My son and I Traveling through the country and got a bad leak in my tire. 7:00 at night not many places are open but they were so I made a stop see if they could fix it and they were amazing and got my tire plugged up. Highly recommend. The lady and gentleman were very kind and extremely helpful.

  I came in for an alignment after replacing some suspension parts but I still had a part that needed to be replaced on order to fix the alignment but they still to the best of their abilities realigned my front wheels at no cost at all since they didn't 100% fix it they didn't charge me anything and since I needed one as soon as possible as I'm traveling I was able to schedule an appointment with the NTB in stephenson the next day after working all night replacing the part they they so kindly took me into the bay and showed me exactly what I needed making sure I had everything right this time around I was able to safely get back on the road!!
