As usual your problems happen when you’re away from home and in this case I was on a road trip out of town to see sick family. At the most unexpected time, of course, I got a flat and thankfully NTB was right around the corner. As you can assume I was a hysterical wreck since I wasn’t prepared for this inconvenience on top of the stress I already was experiencing. The professionalism and compassion Chris had for a distraught woman in what felt like a vulnerable situation was phenomenal. He was more than understanding that money was tight and that I could only afford what I could afford. I have quite a limited amount of knowledge in the automotive world and I truthfully thought I’d need a loan to replace all of my tires. Chris assured me that was not the case and they were able to do a tire repair. In addition to only doing the service that was required and not up-charging me into something that was unnecessary and well beyond my financial means. he had also made sure the vehicle had a full inspection so I would not experience any other misfortunes on the rest of my trip. In what was a horrible situation I was so blessed to have had it happen right by this shop. The kindness, understanding, and sympathy i experienced in this shop is truly ineffable. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making me feel seen, heard, and in great hands. And Chris, if you see this, thank you! I made it home safely thanks to you and your team.
