  My fiance brought in her vehicle for a quick Sunday afternoon State Inspection since we accidentally let it lapse the week before. The gentleman behind the counter informed us that they failed our inspection due to the lower control arm bushings being totally shot. Quoted $1300 and strongly suggested we get the work done there asap. Brought the car into my normal mechanic the next day: bushings need to be replaced in the next 12 months, but nowhere close to completely shot and my mechanic quoted $900. They also failed to notice the water pump spewing fluid all over the engine bay and leaking down the front of the car. The whole experience just felt unprofessional, shady, & dishonest.

  I am new to the Winchester, Va area (as we recently moved here from out of state) and I would like to Thank Scott for his kindness and great service that he gave me and my wife a couple of weeks ago! Because of him and the kindness of the lady that works in the office with him the day that we came there for car service, Mr. Tire is going to be the official place where my wife and I get ALL of our car service needs done!
