  I was promised one week to repair my car, had some scrapes and scratches and a few small dents on the driver side from a side swipe. They didn’t even start my car for 2 1/2 weeks. The whole job ended up taking five weeks. When I got the car back, it was covered in dust on the inside and smelled like paint and cigarettes. I will never be using them again. I can’t speak to the cost because it was an insurance job.

  I generally am willing to give a business the benefit of the doubt. But JRs was so completely inept I can’t recommend this business at all. While the repair done to the body was well done and completed, the garage caused damage to the electronics in my car TWICE. After the first repair, I am driving the car and I find the next day that the sensor has been improperly aligned, so I take it to the dealer to have them diagnose and fix the problem, which they do. After the second incident I had with my car, JRs damaged the electronics in my car while trying to align the sensors. It caused the radio and heads up display to entirely short out, and also damaged the tailgate and trunk lift. Greg tried to convince me that the damage was caused prior to me bringing the car, which was completely untrue and they knew it, then they shuffled the car off to the dealer and washed their hands of the damage they caused. Buyer beware, this business is a racket and I would never ever recommend them. ETA: the body shops response below fails to acknowledge that their team or their third party tech was the one who swapped fuses while trying to repair and align the sensor. I was without my car for three weeks because the garage worked with an unqualified third party, they did not communicate with me until I submitted my negative review via a survey. All of this could have been avoided by facilitating a diagnostic of the work performed by their tech or staying in regular touch with the dealer regarding the car. They did everything they could to fail to acknowledge liability on their end, and while their response reads like they’ve done well by me, they haven’t. If you choose to take your car here, do not let them touch the electronics. And be aware that they will blame anyone and everyone for their lack of management.
