He guided me to the right products and then he asked if he could put them on the car, which was parked out front. He was so professional but I was bowled over by his offer and courtesy, and the way he took the time to change them, and make sure they were working properly. This would not have happened near DC, where I live. Autozone has a customer for life, and I am grateful for this young man’s professionalism and generous spirit.
