- MFMelanie Foster2 days ago5.0We were staying a few days in Williamsburg for our anniversary. During that time, our Honda Pilot started "warning" us that we needed an oil change soon. We decided to wait until we got home to do so. Our vehicle had other ideas. Every 5 minutes, an alarm would sound reminding us about the need for maintenance. I did a Google search and called around. This Jiffy Lube location was literally less than a mile from where we were. The manager, Kenny, met us when we pulled up. He explained everything clearly. The crew did find a couple of minor things that would need attention soon (air filter and wiper blades). He showed us the filter that came out of our Pilot. It clearly needed replacing. We didn't feel pressured to purchase anything. He just presented the options and left the decision to us. All of the crew were kind and well-mannered. I would highly recommend this location to anyone in the area. Or anyone that was visiting the area like us whose vehicle "tells" them that they need immediate attention and it won't wait till they get home.
