It's about the same cost as the dealer yet I don't have to make an appointment and then go wait an hour. I don't even have to get out of my car. If there are a few cars ahead of you it might be 15-30 minutes before you get in but if you get there at a good time you're in and out pretty quick. They have a great process of telling each other what is being done to your vehicle so nothing is missed. They show you your oil level after they refill it and they make sure everything is 100%. Very consistent service and process that they follow and it has been every time I'm there.
