  Mrs. Nadine was a great help during my visit to NTB while I was getting my tires changed. She was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. She took the time to explain everything clearly and ensured I was taken care of from start to finish. Excellent customer service—I really appreciated her help and would definitely recommend working with her.

  After being told it would be a one hour Wait, I waited three hours and 15 minutes. Which I understand, everyone can be shortstaffed things happen. But no one communicated with me. It took me asking questions. I was quoted a price for tires and brakes and when I said I wasn’t going to do the tires they were too expensive, Nadine rolled her eyes at me and scoffed at me and treated me very poorly afterwards, which is why I’m certain I had to wait the additional time. I wouldn’t have minded waiting If the showroom area wasn’t freezing, (One of the windows is broken and letting in cold air) the bathrooms were disgusting and there wasn’t anywhere to get any sort of refreshment or snack. All the machines were unplugged or non-operative. I was also charged $109 for a brake flush that no one asked me about. They just did and added to my bill. I was also charged $35 for miscellaneous shop supplies. I’m still unclear what that was for. I will never go to another NTB ever again

  I am really disappointed with my experience at this tire company due to what I believe was an improperly installed tire and the complete lack of concern shown when I called to inform them. I had only had the tire for a week and it blew on me. I was told the tire had a warranty on it , then when I called to explain the situation I was asked did I purchase the roadside warranty . For one I thought a warranty is a warranty and I was also not even offered a roadside warranty or maybe I would’ve added it on. When calling, I at least expected them to take my concern seriously, or somewhat sympathetic . Instead, I felt dismissed. There was no accountability, no real attempt to inspect the problem thoroughly, and no sense of urgency about a situation involving customer safety. What’s most upsetting is that this wasn’t just an inconvenience — it was a safety issue. When you trust professionals with your vehicle, you trust them with your life. Their failure to acknowledge or take responsibility left me stressed, frustrated, and questioning whether I was even safe to drive my own car. Mistakes can happen, but how a company responds matters. In this case, the response showed a lack of integrity and concern for customers. Because of this experience, I will never go back or RECOMMEND them to anyone and I’m sure after reading this they will try to make things right however don’t even bother responding because that should’ve been done in the first place when I called .
