- MDM DenisonFeb 10, 20265.0The General Manager, Kenny, is extremely helpful and honest! I took my son’s 2015 Kia in for a Transmission Fluid change and spoke with him. I told him my concern with the car not easily going into reverse. Kenny answered all of my questions and concerns. He explained to me that based on where and how the car’s transmission fluid was positioned, sealed beneath the car, that the dealership would be the one’s to change it. Kenny made a few excellent recommendations that I will request me when I take the car into the dealership. It’s good that they have Kenny onboard at Jiffy!

- MSMelvinia SimonDec 20, 20251.0I went to get my tire repaired on Drc 19th about 8:30 amJames Lattimore repaired it. By end of my work shift @ night 7pm my tire is flat. So I have to put air in to get home from Williamsburg to Newport News and then have to put more air to get to go to tire place to have it replaced. When I called to inform about the situation James Lattimore said he fixed it and if it had multiple place then he can't catch everything. Wait a minute I brought it to you to repair and if there was a problem then don't take my money for a job you can't guarantee is complete and inform me so I could take to another place to have a tire replaced on yesterday and not having to put air in it on Saturday ( next day) is what I had to do and take it some where else. James Lattimore was very unprofessional in his response. I will not be going back there for any other work at all. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE ACTUALLY GETTING THE WORK COMPLETED!! FAST ISN’T ALWAYS QUALITY! I WISH IT WAS HALF OF STAR BECAUSE A 1 STAR IS TOO MUCH. SO DISAPPOINTED AND DISMISSED WHEN I CALLED TO VOICE MY CONCERN. NOTHING WAS RATIFIED! Tire was suppose to be repaired paid for what was not guaranteed at all.
